Welcome to Vimix. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vimix, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

2. Age Requirement

Vimix is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must not use this application.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Vimix for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Service.

4. Subscription Services

Vimix offers subscription-based premium features:

• Weekly Subscription: $1.99 per week
• Monthly Subscription: $4.99 per month
• Quarterly Subscription: $11.99 per quarter
• Annual Subscription: $29.99 per year

All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Payment and Billing

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription term

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid subscription period.

7. User Content

You retain all rights to the artwork and drawings you create using Vimix. All content you create is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. We do not claim any ownership rights to your creative work.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Vimix only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the app in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the app to create, store, or distribute inappropriate or offensive content
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality

9. Reference Images

The reference images provided in Vimix are for educational and practice purposes only. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of reference materials complies with applicable copyright laws when creating derivative works.

10. Intellectual Property

Vimix and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vimix is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the app will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the app will be corrected

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the app
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the app

13. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Vimix at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Vimix immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Vimix regarding the use of the app and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
